CCI CHINA hereby agrees to appoint SEA EXPRESS SHIPPING Co. W.L.C as our exclusive sales and forwarding agent for air and ocean cargo in Jordan and likewise SEA EXPRESS SHIPPING Co. W.L.C. hereby agrees to appoint CCI CHINA as its exclusive sales and forwarding agent for air and ocean cargo in China, under the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. Two companies are all well-established forwarders in each country and widely recognised in the industry. Both companies have good marketing plan to develop freight market for sea, air and project, export and import at both sides.
